1. Agreement Acceptance

By accessing and using the ClueCheck Mystery Shopping website and Services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Service Description

For Clients:

We provide professional mystery shopping evaluations, detailed reports, and actionable recommendations.

For Shoppers:

We provide access to assignment opportunities, training, secure portal for reporting, and timely payment for completed work.

3. Client Terms

• Payment Terms: Payment is due upon ordering. Services are initiated only after payment confirmation.
• Report Delivery: Reports are delivered within 7 business days after the shopper visit date.
• Results Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the depth of the report, we offer a free re-evaluation.
• Service Fees: Fully refundable if we cannot schedule a shopper within 14 days.

4. Fees & Allowances

• Shopper Spend Allowance: This is a fixed reimbursement allowance paid to the shopper. It is non-refundable even if the actual spend is lower.
• No Hidden Costs: The total price paid includes all service fees and shopper allowances. There are no additional setup fees.

5. Monthly Subscriptions

• Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation must be requested at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle via the Client Portal or email.
• Refunds: Monthly fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started and a visit has been scheduled. If you cancel within 24 hours of renewal and no visit has been scheduled, a full refund may be requested.
• Service Continuity: Upon cancellation, your access to the dashboard and reporting will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

5. Shopper Terms

• Eligibility: UK residents aged 18+.
• Payment: Paid within 14 days of report approval via the Shopper Portal.
• Status: Independent contractor (self-employed).
• Requirements: Submit accurate, honest, complete reports within 24 hours of assignment.

6. Prohibited Activities

Shoppers agree NOT to:

• Conduct assignments under false identity
• Share confidential assignment details
• Accept assignments at own workplace
• Submit fraudulent or dishonest reports

6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability does not exceed fees paid in prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any legal action is exclusively under UK court jurisdiction.
