His move to the United Kingdom led him to join Claridge’s, one of London’s most iconic luxury hotels, where he further refined his leadership, precision, and commitment to service excellence.

Armed with a London MBA in International Business and extensive experience in quality audits and customer experience evaluation, Edi founded ClueCheck to empower companies with clear, measurable insights into customer perception, turning data into tangible improvements.
